Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts administrative and operational daily activities;
  • Conduct daily patrols for warehouse, office, and common area during business hours;
  • Manages and supervises contractors/service providers to ensure all technical, cost management and statutory
    requirements are satisfied within budget;
  • Get trained to be the Fire Warden to ensure adequate measures are in place to manage emergencies and tenancy
    evacuations;
    Provides supports to facilities management team as required;
  • Perform property management and risk management tasks and arrange relevant contractors to carry out works as
    required;
  • Assists in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, tenants and tenants’ representatives;
  • Coordinates security operations or activities for the enforcement of all related laws and regulations;
  • Attends WHS and safety meetings to maintain good working condition. Communicates about status, updates and
    reports actual or potential problems;
  • Plans, directs, or coordinates activities to safeguard company assets, employees, clients, tenants, and guests;
  • Generates weekly reports, utilizes word processing and excel spreadsheet functions to prepare memos,
    correspondence and special reports;
  • Supports property management team to get Annual Fire Safety Statement signed off and assists with other project
    related tasks such as fit out and make good works;
  • Provides exceptional, proactive administrative support and reports to the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as operations officer, facilities maintenance officer, property management officer, or a similar position;
  • A hands-on team player with ability to meet deadline;
  • Hardworking, committed, and reliable;
  • A quick learner with outstanding organizational and multi-tasks skills;
  • Experience in emergency response planning and reporting;
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures;
  • Experience in fire safety related roles is a bonus;
  • Forklift driver license is a bonus;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Mandarin desired but not essential;
  • Following employee handbook and company regulations;
  • Fluent user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Etc.)
