Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all the financial activities for the business and its subsidiaries;
  • Implement management strategies for Finance and Accounting as well as business planning and annual budgeting to ensure that the operational procedures are effective;
  • Prepare and present managerial reports to senior executives regarding to the business expansion;
  • Handling tax issues and identify the strategy for tax saving purpose;
  • Liaise with external auditor regarding statutory audit;
  • Communicate with Management regarding business plan, annual budget, company’s financial and operating performance;
  • Ensure high standards of financial reporting and statutory reporting, compliant to local laws and corporate regulations and corporate planning and liaising with external auditor;
  • Responsible for implementation of new accounting system;
  • Responsible for the local finance and accounting staff hiring and create a good working culture and working environment;
  • Responsible in coaching and provide guidance to subordinates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience of which at least 5 years in a management level;
  • CPA Holder;
  • Experience from property management or retail is highly preferred;
  • Strong Financial Controlling experience;
  • Good knowledge in Tax;
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Professional Working English Proficiency is required;
  • Ability to do multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required;
  • Positive attitude and quick learner;
  • Strong Computer skill (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, etc.)
  • Good communication skills.
