Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cost control and contract management of developments;
•  Prepare / Review cost estimates / tender documents / BOQ;
• Carry out Tender Assessment and Negotiation;
• Assess payment applications, variations & claims, prepare final account;
• Manage the procurement of materials / equipment;
•  Prepare cash flow / expenditure forecast for financial control purposes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• 3 to 7 years relevant experience in cost estimating, cost control, materials procurement and contract administration of Trade Mall /Arcade/ Office / Hotel projects;
• Knowledge in spoken and written English and Chinese preferred.
